**Graphic Designer and Animator (Branding)**
**Responsibilities**:
Develop visually captivating and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and animations for social media platforms.

Design and animate eye-catching videos for marketing campaigns, product presentations, and other company initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and animation tools to continuously improve your skills and provide innovative design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
Maintain organized files and assets, adhering to company design standards and best practices.
Adapt designs and animations for different social media platforms and screen sizes, ensuring optimal viewing experiences.
Work remotely with flexible hours, but be available for occasional in-person meetings at our Chanakyapuri office.
Meet project deadlines consistently and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Animator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative abilities in branding and animation.
Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Experience in creating graphics and animations optimized for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs and animations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team and incorporate feedback.
Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a bonus.
**Salary: 26,000 Rupees per month.**
