PMO Coach

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver project management training programs to develop our employees' skills and knowledge.
- Coach individuals and teams on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure projects are executed successfully.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a project management coach or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
