Are you passionate about helping students achieve their language goals? Are you an expert in IELTS preparation? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IELTS Teacher to join our team. As an IELTS Teacher, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting students to excel in their IELTS exams.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS lessons to students

Create lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to individual student needs

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Identify areas of improvement for each student and develop personalized study plans

Motivate and inspire students to achieve their desired scores

Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends, techniques, and scoring criteria

Provide guidance on effective test-taking strategies and time management

Monitor student performance through regular mock tests and practice exercises

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an IELTS Teacher or similar role

In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and common challenges faced by students

Demonstrated ability to effectively teach all four sections of the IELTS exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)

Excellent command of the English language with strong grammar skills

Patient, supportive, and able to create a positive learning environment for students

Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools is preferred

Certification in TEFL/TESOL or relevant field is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs

Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language goals

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
