**Position**:Canteen Master
- **Work Location**: Raichur, Karnataka
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Canteen master of preparing
- South Indian meals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve variety of South Indian meals.
- Plan, organize, and execute the daily menu, ensuring it offers a balanced selection of vegetarian options.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and canteen areas.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during lunch and dinner hours.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and mínimal wastage.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure the safe use of kitchen equipment.
- Communicate with management regarding daily menu planning and preferences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a South Indian cook for vegetarian cuisine.
- Expertise in preparing South Indian meals for lunch and dinner for a minimum of 80 employees.
- Ability to cook for a large group while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good time management skills to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
- Ability to work independently.
