**JOB BRIEF**:
**Our company requires a “Social Media Manager” with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. With exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø **Running company social media advertising campaigns.**
Ø **Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.**
Ø **Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.**
Ø **Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.**
Ø **Monitoring the company's brand on social media.**
Ø **Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.**
Ø **Responding to comments on each of our accounts.**
Ø **Overseeing customer service provided via social media.**
Ø **Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.**
Ø **Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular**
**social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest,Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn.**
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Ø **3-5 years of social media management experience**
Ø **Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites**
Ø **Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention**
Ø **strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques**
Ø **Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way**
