**Job responsibilities**:

- Preparing Dossier for product registration for each country with all relevant documents to meet the regulatory requirement of the country
- Collect & Analyse market feedback to further enhance effectiveness.
- Appropriate budgeting segment wise for the products in consideration.
- Identify market needs & plan, prepare promotional tools for the company products in selected countries.
- Formulating rural marketing strategies and promotion plans for new business generation.
- Gather market informations in detailed from distributor to plan selection of products and promotional strategy i.e corporate presentation, turn over, their marketing strength, no. of companies being handled by the distributors etc.
- Support with the marketing & product strategy for entry and penetrating in the markets taking help of marketing team
- Gathering all informations periodically on progress of business & strategy feedback.
- Timely updation on product pricing or any other change that is expected in near future and taking the distributor consent for the same.
- Review contracts if required to enable effective operations.
- Ensure timeliness in all documentation with full information to distributor to have smooth operations.Key Skills
