1. Communicating with students on a regular basis and cultivate strong relationships with
students and build trust and act as their personal coach throughout their program of
study
2. Monitor student engagement and performance to ensure academic progress; make
strategic interventions with the at-risk students to help them cross hurdles and succeed
in the program
3. Maintain high levels of student satisfaction with the program; gather and analyse
feedback and feed that intelligence back to further improve the student experience
4. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the student is receiving the required amount of
support
5. Manage internal business processes that are critical to the student experience, e.g.
maintaining data on the internal CRM tool, coordination between multiple teachers
working with a student, process for grant of extensions for examinations etc.
6. Conducting student events such as a virtual graduation ceremony, parent and student
meets, work skills and internship training sessions etc.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
