**Job Description: Blended Process - US Insurance Claim Verification**

**Location**: Sec-V, Saltlake Office
**Shift Timing**: Evening & Night Shift
**Transportation**: Provided during odd hours (up to 30 km radius)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for insurance claim verification with US clients.
- Review, validate, and update claim-related information in internal systems.
- Ensure all verification procedures adhere to US insurance compliance standards.
- Communicate with clients professionally to gather or clarify claim details.
- Perform data entry and documentation tasks accurately for non-voice requirements.
- Follow process guidelines and SLA timelines to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution and escalation handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process, preferably US process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts from Shillong office premises.
- Familiarity with US insurance claim procedures will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle blended process work (voice + non-voice).
