**November Internship Drive - Application Deadline 10 November**

**Position Overview**: You will be responsible for writing headlines, outlines, and full blog articles, along with formatting and SEO optimization before publishing. The stipend will be linked to performance, based on the quantity and quality of blogs and engagement metrics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and create **blog headlines** and **outlines** based on assigned topics and submit them for approval.
- Write **complete blog posts** after outline approval and ensure they meet content guidelines.
- **Format** blogs on WordPress, ensuring readability, use of visuals, and proper structuring (headers, lists, links, etc.).
- **SEO optimize** each blog, including meta tags, keywords, alt-text for images, internal linking, and readability.
- Submit the blog for approval and make any necessary revisions before publication.

**Performance-Based Stipend Structure**:

- **Blog Post Target (Weekly)**:

- Rs 50 for delivering **a fully formatted and SEO-optimized APPROVED blog of 1200+ words** on WordPress.
- Rs 50 for delivering **a fully formatted and SEO-optimized APPROVED blog of 3000+ words** on WordPress.. You can deliver as many blog posts as you want per week.
- **Views Target (Monthly)**:

- Rs 50 for every **500 views**:

- **Engagement (Shares) Target (Monthly)**:

- Rs50 for every **50 shares** across all blog posts published in the month.

**Bonus Structure**:

- Rs 100 bonus for any blog that receives **1000 views** within the first 30 days.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and creativity.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with WordPress and formatting blogs for web readability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality content.

**Duration**: 3-6 months
**Location**: Remote

**Application Timeline**:

- Submission deadline: 10 November 2024
- You will receive written assignment by 12 November 2024
- Assignment submission deadline 17 November 2024

**Internship Certificate**:You are eligible if have submitted 5+ approved blog posts per month or a total of 15+ blog posts during the period of your internship.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
