Title**:Data Entry Operator**

Location: Malad West (10 minutes’ walk from station)

**Salary**: 20000 per month

Timings - 9:30 -6:30/10-7 ( 6 days working )

**Job Description -**
- Accurately inputting and updating various types of data into the company's database systems or spreadsheets.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Organizing and formatting data according to predefined guidelines
- Performing quality checks on data to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Investigating returned/bounced communications from hard and soft copy mails & chats
- Generating reports or summaries based on processed data as required by management or other stakeholders.
- Maintaining detailed records of data processing activities, including any issues encountered and their resolutions.
- Correcting errors and creating consistency in how/where data is recorded

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Education - Graduate
- Good Verbal & Written communication skills
- Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
