**We are looking forward to hire SAP QM Professionals in the following areas**:
- Should have 12+ years of experience in QM (Lead Role) - ECC
- Good knowledge of integration of SAP QM & PM with cross-business process like Procure to Pay (MM), Order to cash (SD), Plan to inventory (PP),
- Should have experience of working on **minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations **projects along with support and roll-out projects.
- Should be able to handle L3 Support, change management activities, and represent and drive a technical team in CAB meetings.
Should have knowledge of Project lifecycles, methodologies, SLAs, ticketing tools, and Project documentation (FS/TS, estimates, etc.)
- Good exposure to Interfaces, enhancementsetc
- Exposure to multiple quality management processes and various Quality assurance (QA) & Quality control (QC) processes.
- like Inspection Lot, Quality Notification, and Master Inspection Characteristics.
- Inspection Planning, Dynamic Modification Rule, Source Inspection
- Follow-up actions, Quality notification action box
- Batch Management, Batch derivation
- Warehouse Quality Management, Inspection Types
- Basic understanding of BOM, Routing, Production Order & Processing.
Exposure to Calibration Process.
- **Business Function**:
- Should be expert in across QM modules with business and SAP at the same time aligning with** **key elements of organizational strategy, process standardization, data controls, project management, change, communication, stakeholder management, business requirements, and the definition and achievement of business benefits
- **Data & Analytics **- Should have skills in enterprise data sourcing, analysis, cleansing, integration and control,** **management reporting, master data management, KPIs, and associated governance
- Solution and Process Architecture - having the ability to establish standards and guidelines as well as performing hands-on modeling, maturity assessments, and the definition of future targets via the establishment of appropriate stakeholder engagement forums across multiple levels and disciplines.
- **Risks and controls **- Should have the skills to analyse the business process, risk and controls data, mapping** **current state to leading practice.
