**Job description**:
**Role & responsibilities**
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, symbols and schematics to understand the soldering requirements for each project.
- Assemble and solder electronic components onto circuit boards or other electrical equipment according to requirement with specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products to identify any soldering defects or quality issues, and assess if rework or repairs are needed.
- Final integration of boards & systems, Wiring & Cable Assemblies, RF Cable assemblies
- Operate and maintain soldering equipment, including soldering irons, hot air guns, solder pots, and soldering stations, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain and update documentation related to soldering, including quality control records, inspection reports, and material usage logs.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in soldering techniques, including through-hole soldering, surface mount technology (SMT) soldering, and rework/reflow soldering.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, symbols and schematics.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and their functions & symbols & polarity
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small electronic components and perform intricate soldering tasks.
- Expertise in reworking such as removing various packages and again solder it in perfect manner.
- Knowledge of different soldering materials, fluxes, and solders, and their appropriate usage.
- Familiarity with soldering equipment, tools, and accessories, and the ability to operate and maintain them effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve soldering-related issues.
- Time management skills to meet production deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Required Qualifications -**
- Diploma or I.T.I. in Electronics
- Certification in soldering or vocational training in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Solderer or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
