Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

- **Assisting with lesson preparation**:This includes gathering materials, setting up equipment, and helping teachers create lesson plans.
- **Providing direct support to students**:TAs work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning, provide extra help, and ensure they understand the material.
- **Supervising students**:TAs monitor students during class, transitions, recess, and field trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- **Maintaining records**:This includes tracking attendance, grading assignments, and documenting student progress.
- **Communicating with parents and teachers**:TAs may communicate with parents about student progress and collaborate with teachers to address student needs.
- **Creating a positive learning environment**:TAs help manage classroom behavior, motivate students, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Working with students with special needs**:TAs may provide specialized support for students with disabilities or those learning English as a second language.
- **Leading or assisting with extracurricular activities**:Some TAs may lead or supervise activities outside of the regular classroom setting.
- **Attending meetings and training**:TAs participate in faculty meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
