**Job Title**: ITI Mechanical

**Experience**: Fresher to 1 Years

**Qualifications**: ITI certification in Mechanical or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Prototype Production Support**:

- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of prototype parts and products.
- Operate and maintain various manufacturing tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production.

**2. Process and Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Conduct basic inspections and tests on prototypes to ensure they meet specifications.
- Report any defects or issues to the supervising engineer.

**3. Tooling and Equipment Handling**:

- Help in the setup and calibration of machinery and tools used in prototype manufacturing.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage and process parameters.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Prepare basic reports on production metrics and outcomes.

**5. Material Procurement and Handling**:

- Assist in the procurement and handling of materials required for prototype manufacturing.

**6. Process Improvement Initiatives**:

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggesting ways to optimize workflows.

**7. Work Environment Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.

**Skill required**:
1. Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.

2. Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

3. Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings.

4. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
