Crane Supervisor

A crane supervisor manages the safety and efficiency of crane operations on loading/unloading site. They are also known as lift supervisors.

Crane supervisors are the ones who are responsible for the management and the safety of the members who are working on the site. They will check that all health & safety regulations are put into place and maintained.

Their responsibilities include:
Safety: Ensuring the safety of the ground and taking steps to fix unsafe conditions

Personnel: Making sure only registered operators and appointed staff are involved in lifting operations

Crew management: Supervising the crane crew, which includes riggers and signallers

Planning: Planning lifting operations

Equipment: Inspecting equipment and ensuring the correct equipment is used for each lift

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Communication: Liaising with site management and trades, and briefing the lifting team

Monitoring: Monitoring wind speeds and recording crane time allocations

**Experience**:

- total work: 1-2 year (preferred)
- freshers can apply

**Age limit**:

- 22-42 yrs (preferred)

**Salary**:

- ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
