**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

- 1. Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate for the space.
2. Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors design works which are important and essential for a quality execution of interiors.
3. Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior construction, materials, finishes, lighting and finishing.
4. Selecting materials and labour.
5. Bills of materials and quantity to be made as per the designs approved.
6. Responsible for costing and budget of the project.
7. Inspecting and supervising the work, to ensure that quality, costs and deadlines are met.
8. Preparation of weekly bar chart and supervision of the work progress as planned.
9. Should be able to manage and execute the interior projects.
10. Produce sample and mood products board.
11. Planning and execution of MEP works.
12. To set schedule for flow of requisite materials in consultation with purchase team and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.

PREREQUISITES:

- Should be qualified in interior designing, well versed with co-ordination, technical drawings, concept design, design reviews, milestones follow up on projects deliverable & vendor management.
