**~**Accounts Receivable / Payable Responsibilities:
**~**Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

**~** Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data8

**~** Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

**~** Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

**~** Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting Vendors

**~** Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

**~** Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.

**~** Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.

**~** Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable/Payable: 2 years (required)
