1. Sales Executive is expected to have atleast 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing & Customer Relationship

2. Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi language. Gujarati will be an added bonus

3. Should have excellent verbal communication skills. Should be polite and impressive while talking

5. Should be able to present project slides to visiting customers.

6. Should have good presentation skills. Should be able to maintain customer contact details and followup for booking realization

7. Should possess basic accounting skills and should be able to maintain records of payments received from customers. Should followup with Customers for recovery of payment against booking. Should be able to prepare and issue payment receipts. Knowledge of Tally ERP will be added bonus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
