Spa Therapist

**Job Title**: Female Spa Therapist (Northeast Preferred)
**Location**: Pearl Hotel and Spa

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience + Incentives + Accommodation + Food

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional spa services such as massages, body treatments, facials, scrubs, and aromatherapy.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the spa area and treatment rooms.
- Understand guest needs and customize treatments accordingly.
- Promote spa services and products to guests.
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for clients.
- Uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa or wellness center (Freshers with certification may also apply).
- Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.)
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
- Well-groomed, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Certification from a recognized beauty or spa training institute is a plus.
