**Job Title**: CCTV & Fire Alarm Technician

**Department**: Technical / Maintenance
**Reports To**: Supervisor / Project Manager

**Job Type**: Full-time / Contractual

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and test **CCTV systems**, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and cabling.
- Install and commission **fire alarm systems**, including panels, smoke detectors, heat sensors, and control modules.
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and servicing of CCTV and fire alarm equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults or malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper wiring, power supply connections, and system integration.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory.
- Follow safety and building codes during installation and repair work.
- Provide on-site technical support and respond to emergency service calls.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members for project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest security and fire safety technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,655.18 - ₹29,872.54 per month
