**Key responsibilities**:
Video Production:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.

Video Editing:

- Utilize the latest AI tools and Adobe software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) to edit and enhance video content.
- Ensure quick turnaround times, transforming raw footage into promotable videos efficiently.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the social media marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver videos that align with our branding and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts.

Content Creation:

- Develop visually compelling video content that engages and grows our audience.
- Implement feedback from the marketing team to refine and improve video outputs.

Innovation and Creativity:

- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our content.
- Bring a creative and innovative approach to video production and editing, ensuring our content stands out.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with the latest AI tools for video editing.
- Strong video shooting skills with experience in operating professional video equipment.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video projects and editing capabilities.

Attributes:

- Exceptional editing speed and efficiency.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative video content ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required).
