Supervisor & Conductor

Key Responsibilities as a Supervisor:

- Technical & Electrical Maintenance
- Oversee basic wiring work in the school (not detailed electrical repairs).
- Monitor and report any issues related to electricity and internet connectivity.
- Coordinate with electricians/technicians for repairs.
- Infrastructure & Facility Management
- Inspect and ensure proper upkeep of the school’s building and surroundings.
- Manage small repair works, such as paint touch-ups, fixing windows, and cleaning tasks.
- Supervise maintenance of school grounds and ensure cleanliness.
- Audio-Visual & Event Support
- Operate and maintain the school’s sound systems and music systems.
- Ensure wiring for events and assemblies is in place and functional.
- General Supervision
- Oversee external work contractors for infrastructure maintenance.
- Report major maintenance requirements to the administration.

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and sound systems.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and supervise outsourced workers.

Key Responsibilities as a Conductor:

- Assist students in boarding and alighting from the bus safely.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe environment during bus travel.
- Keep an updated record of student pick-up and drop-off points.
- Communicate with parents and transport in-charge regarding any travel delays or issues.
- Ensure all safety measures are followed inside the bus.
- Support the driver in navigation or road-related assistance when required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
