**Your duty: -**
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product **illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.**
- Reviewing **final layouts and suggesting improvements **when necessary.
- Demonstrable **graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.**
- Proficiency in visual and interactive tools like **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.**
- Should have a good understanding of **responsive, fluid & adaptive design approaches.**
- Planning the complete layout and **creating designs of Websites and Mobile Apps using Figma.**
- Creating Graphics for **Social Media posts, Banners, Creative Images for blog posts, and Brochures.**
- **Stamping, Infographics, GIFs,** etc. using canvas/photoshop/ Illustrator and video snippets using online video tools.
- Work with other developers to ensure that the **Website and App is functional and visually appealing**
- Use recent studies and findings **to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences**
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed
- Ensure the technical **feasibility of UI/UX designs**
- Can work on Windows/Web-based and low-notch design.
- Experience with **scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, game physics, and user session management Working experience with 3D modeling with Blender and Photoshop.**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
- Must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in graphic designing.
- Should have Good Communication Skills.
- Should be expertise with all the skills related to graphic design.

**Skills required?**
- Proficiency with **required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma.**:

- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- A strong UI eye for visual composition and an observer's eye to understand UX. Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- **Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery will be a plus.**
- Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.
- In-Depth clarity of color theory, color domain psychology.
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to understand the urgency and deliver work in a limited time.

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Saturday - 6 PM to 4 AM with 1 hr. break (NIGHT SHIFT)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
