Favcy Capital, the investment banking arm of Favcy, provides end-to-end support to startups in their fundraising journey. With a robust network of investors and deep expertise in venture building, Favcy Capital specializes in helping startups raise funds efficiently and strategically.

**About the Role**:
The **Investment Associate**at Favcy Capital will be a high agency individual, responsible for working closely with startup founders to guide them through the fundraising process. This role will involve managing investor relations, preparing pitch materials, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating fundraising efforts from start to finish.

**Location**: On-site (South Delhi)
**Experience**: 1-2 years in investment banking

**Responsibilities**:

- **Fundraising Support**:

- Work closely with founders to understand their capital needs and fundraising goals.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive pitch decks, financial models, narrative building and other materials required for investor presentations.
- Provide guidance on valuation, deal structuring, and fundraising strategy.
- **Investor Relations**:

- Identify, approach, and manage relationships with potential investors (angel investors, venture capitalists, and institutional funds).
- Facilitate communication between startups and investors, ensuring timely responses and updates.
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings, calls, and pitch sessions.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on startups to present a clear business case to investors.
- Assist in the development of projections, forecasts, and scenario analyses for startups.
- **Deal Execution**:

- Support the entire fundraising process, from investor outreach to deal closure.
- Coordinate legal and financial documentation for closing transactions. Manage and track multiple fundraising deals simultaneously.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, emerging industries, and funding opportunities that align with the startups' objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market positioning to ensure founders are well-prepared to meet investor expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:1-2 years in investment banking, venture capital, or related fields, with experience in fundraising and working with startups.
- **Financial Acumen**:Strong understanding of financial statements, valuations, and investment structures.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and well-structured investment materials.
- **Detail-Oriented**:High attention to detail, especially in financial modeling and deal structuring.
- **Relationship Management**:Proven ability to manage relationships with investors and founders alike. Existing investor network is a bonus.
- **Proactive Attitude**:A self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
