**Job Title**: Junior Architect

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating architectural designs, plans, and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Support senior architects in refining concepts, preparing design presentations, and developing project plans.
- Conduct in-depth research on building codes, zoning regulations, and materials specific to each project.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, architectural drawings, and 3D models.
- Review specifications to ensure design compliance with codes and project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other departments to ensure project integration.
- Present design concepts and proposals to senior team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in architecture or a related role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and experience with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Revit, Rhino).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in sustainable or green design.
- Familiarity with visualization software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape).
- Basic project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
