- **Ability to assess student performance** and provide constructive feedback.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Teaching**:Deliver engaging lessons for **Grades 6-10**, aligned with the **CBSE syllabus**. Use diverse teaching methods to cater to all learning styles.
- **Assessment**:Create tests, assignments, and projects; provide feedback and help students prepare for exams.
- **Classroom Management**:Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment. Address behavioural issues constructively.
- **Curriculum Development**:Collaborate with colleagues to develop and adjust the curriculum to meet CBSE standards and student needs.
- **Parental Communication**:Regularly update parents on student progress and conduct parent-teacher meetings when necessary.
- **Professional Growth**:Stay current with teaching trends and participate in training to enhance skills.
