Our goal is to ensure organizations can scale seamlessly while staying financially sound and legally compliant._______Job Summary:We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented BBA or B.Com graduates to join our FACTOps team in Sri City. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in business operations, finance, and compliance._______Key Responsibilities:

- Support company formation and registration, including documentation and statutory filings
- Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and daily bookkeeping
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
- Prepare and file various tax returns and financial reports
- Coordinate with clients to resolve queries related to accounts or documentation
- Assist in process improvements, documentation, and data management
- Stay updated with accounting standards and regulatory changes_______Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) - mandatory
- Strong grasp of basic accounting and compliance principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to be based at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh_______
