**Job Summary**

Industry: Export/Import, Sales/Marketing

Functional Area: Import/Export Documentation, Data Analysis, Lead Generation

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Assist in sales and business development by being in touch with current customers on daily basis
- Processing orders, making data entries, and ensuring timely dispatch of material
- Generate proforma invoices, commercial invoices and E-way bill as per company guidelines
- Managing banking transactions and all related documentation including foreign remittances
- Coordinate with shipping agent, CHA for import/export documentation
- Keeping records of all documents and properly filing them on daily basis
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of material
- respond to customer queries and provide feedback as and when required, answer incoming calls, manage courier and assume other receptionist duties when required
- assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- High School Graduate from English Medium
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Min 2 year experience in office based environment
- Outstanding command of the English language; solid writing and grammar skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office and Outlook
- Previous experience of dealing with documents related to export/import
- Good internet searching skills and min typing speed of 45wpm
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented, comfortable working in a fast paced office environment
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Valid Driver’s License and able to drive two/four wheeler

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
