A CA (Chartered Accountant) inter job involves assisting with audits, preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping, handling tax compliance (like GST and Income Tax), and performing financial analysis under the supervision of a senior CA. Interns gain hands-on experience in practical accounting, auditing, and taxation to supplement their academic knowledge and complete their professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Auditing**: Assisting in various audits (statutory, internal) by gathering documents and performing ledger scrutiny.
- **Financial Reporting**: Helping with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- **Bookkeeping**: Handling data entry, managing ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Taxation**: Assisting with the preparation and filing of income tax, TDS, and GST returns.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyzing financial data, checking for accuracy, and performing basic financial analysis.
- **Software Proficiency**: Working with accounting software like Tally Prime for bookkeeping and reporting.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- **Administrative Support**: Performing general administrative duties related to the finance department.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience of 3-5 years is must.
