Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee participation and engagement.
**Communication Strategy Execution**:
Collaborate with HR, management, and other departments to execute internal campaigns.
Align communication efforts with the company’s overall vision and mission.
**Feedback Channels**:
Manage internal surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure employee sentiment.
Analyze feedback to identify communication gaps and propose solutions.
**Measurement & Reporting**:
Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and provide regular updates.
Develop reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
**Experience Required**:
2-4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
**Skills**:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to design engaging communication materials.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Suite).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
