**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop engaging, high-quality content in Malayalam for various digital platforms.

Plan, script, and direct video content that aligns with Neethu’s Academy’s vision and audience needs.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for educational and promotional content.

Take part in content presentation by appearing in videos and representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Ensure content is optimized for digital platforms, including social media and websites.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Proficiency in Malayalam content writing with excellent command over language and grammar.

Strong interest in content presentation and confidence in appearing in videos.

Basic understanding of video direction and production; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver content that resonates with the audience.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
