The Customer Care Officer should address & attend the walk-in customers, and record the units received in the software.

**Responsibilities**

**Customer Relationship**
- Provide excellent customer service, by listening carefully to customer concerns
- On a weekly basis Happy calls are to be made to know the status of customer satisfaction

**Documentation / Allocation Process**
- Preparing & issuing job sheet to customers
- Collecting units from customers
- Generating bills in the POS (Simpliciti & Samsung billing software)
- Allocating the defective units and escalating the issues to appropriate engineers on a daily basis
- Providing general customer support to increase customer satisfaction
- On a daily basis updating the customer records

**Stock Management**
- Placing & receiving orders on the required spares
- Allocating the spares based on the requirements raised at branches as well as to the respective engineers
- Returning the Non-Moving spare parts (SRN) back to SAMSUNG office
- Sending the repaired defective parts to SAMSUNG office (Both In warranty & Out warranty parts)
- DOA process (Inclusive of returning damaged parts, misplaced parts to SAMSUNG office)
- On a weekly basis self-auditing the stock with that of the system reports
- Supporting monthly stock audits

**Delivery Process**
- Updating the customers about the status of the units and delivering the same
- At the time of delivery, providing knowledge to the customers about the issues in their handset
