**Job Summary**

Item Data Maintenance analyst is responsible for maintaining the item life cycle, including end-of-life activities, once the item is synchronized, as well as digital and day-to-day maintenance of products.
This role manages item status change, reactivation, indicator updates, Digital Asset flow & troubleshooting/error resolution, and maintains awareness of all business activities, such as line reviews and promotional events, to drive a consistent level of business readiness. This role will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to all Lowe's Suppliers and internal teams within Lowe’s and will be held accountable to exceptional customer service ratings as well as proactively engaging core and online Merchants to anticipate assortment expansion volume and maintains the reports on total item level health status across all areas.
The Analyst will help online revenue and traffic growth by improving the consistency and accuracy of item data through the use and creation of collection processes and online tools. The Analyst will work proactively with Online Merchandising and Merchandising Operations to monitor and improve the quality of item data used in all digital/Omni-channel assets. They will be required to provide solutions that closely align with strategic initiatives and current business issues to improve customer experiences.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for synchronizing and coordinating with internal and external business team to fully onboard and maintain products at Lowe’s.
- Responsible for thought leadership regarding minimum viable product attribution to optimize product information that enables consumer confidence in making a buying decision.
- Manages communication between Suppliers and Merchants as it pertains to product information and item lifecycle maintenance.
- Researches industry best practices regarding item data management, clean up, Consumer generated content and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Responsible for proactively monitoring dropped items & Item not online by sharing the insights on item status to concerned teams/individuals
- Executes all formal item lifecycle processes and identifies process improvement opportunities.
- Partners with the right teams for any issues needing resolution, with regards to item data maintenance and Clean-up activities.
- Supports in the execution of efforts to put new processes in place to enhance Lowe’s ability to maintain the library of items.
- Responsible for understanding the merchandising process related to item status changes as well as other actions taken against items related to pricing/markdowns, promotions, inventory availability, and fulfillment.
- Partner with an offshore team to execute item lifecycle management activities
- Increasing the customer reviews and ratings by analyzing the information available in CGC space
- Partners with cross-functional teams to establish and continuously improve processes
- Responsible for troubleshooting all issues regarding item data maintenance and is the single-threaded owner for resolution
