Warranty Incharge

Process and validate warranty claims in line with company policies and manufacturer requirements.
- Accurately document claims in the warranty management system.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers on warranty claims and approvals.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding warranty issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty decisions, processes, and timelines.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of warranty-related customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and replacements.
- Generate periodic reports on warranty claims, rejections, and pending cases.
- Analyze warranty trends and suggest improvements in warranty policies and product quality.
- Conduct inspections and assessments on returned products or parts to determine the validity of warranty claims.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to identify recurring product issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Train service and sales teams on warranty policies, processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Ensure all warranty activities are compliant with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Manage replacement parts inventory required for warranty claims.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely availability and dispatch of replacement items.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
