**Qualification**:B. Tech Mechanical**

**Year of experience: Min 5 + **years of experience in process / FMCG / Pharma industries**

**Key Results area**:

- Execute Project Management activities, coordinating with internal project champions / OEMs multiple site teams & other stakeholders.
- Adequate knowledge and experience in Packaging department / end to end system with respect to all Bottling Equipments operation, maintenance.
- Adequate knowledge and experience in Packaging department / end to end system with respect to all Can line Equipments operation, maintenance.
- Adequate knowledge and experience in Repairs and Maintenance & Planned Maintenance
- Adequate knowledge and experience in spare parts management
- Experience in water management (UF / MF / RO & other pre & post treatment).
- Adequate knowledge and experience in Water management / end to end system integration with respect to Wastewater system / ZLD Projects.
- Ensure that contractor works safely as per Company policies and procedures.
- Safety systems are followed in project execution.
- Support Sr. Manager/Manager Projects lead to:

- Compile & prepare RFQ for equipment ordering.
- Coordinate with HO commercial team for auction / ordering process.
- Ensure pre-start up and demonstrate KPI as part of the overall intend of the project.
- Maintain a central document management system (Internal portal or database).
- As a part of the budgeting process, should possess knowledge and prudent enough to work on high level estimates.
- Working knowledge of MEP related activities for Coordination.
- Formulate and Implement Quality Assurance plan for Site.
- Look for opportunities to deploy new technology to reduce cost & project lead time and enhance reliability in qualitative aspects.
- Experience in handling industrial brown field project is a must criteria.
- Exposure to green field projects is an added advantage. Desired Skills and Competencies:

- Knowledge of working on CAD, Microsoft Project, or other Project management software.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to effectively communicate both oral & written with all stake holders.
- Strong Leadership, management, and communication skill
- Conducting effective meetings & ability to maintain good relationship with Consultants, Contractors, and other vendors.
- Leadership skills to take on higher responsibilities.
- Possess and acquire boarder vision for a long-term planning during any expansion proposal.
- Ability to take proactive measures to handle challenges.
- Ability to perform under pressure & high level of Integrity.
- Willing to take assignment across functions on need basis.
