**Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy & Planning**: Develop, implement, and manage a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
- **Campaign Management**: Lead all paid marketing efforts, including PPC, paid social, and display advertising. Manage and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **SEO & Content**: Oversee all SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Work with the content team to ensure all content is optimized and aligned with marketing goals.
- **Social Media**: Develop and execute the social media strategy to grow our brand's presence, engage the community, and drive traffic.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Provide regular, actionable reports to the leadership team.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful channels and campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- **3-5 years of experience** in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
- Expertise in **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as **Google Analytics** and **Google Tag Manager**.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
