**Job Summary**:
**Key Requirements**:

- **Master’s degree in Psychology** (mandatory).
- **5 to 7 years** of prior experience in student counselling.
- Strong understanding of **academic and career counselling techniques**.
- Excellent **verbal and written English communication skills**.
- Empathetic, patient, and **able to build trust with students**.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a **multi-disciplinary team**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **educational institutions** such as schools, colleges, or coaching centers.
- Knowledge of **career assessments, psychometric tests, and guidance tools**.
- Familiarity with **mental health and well-being programs** for students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **one-on-one** and **group counselling** sessions to students on academic, emotional, and career-related concerns.
- Assess students’ psychological and emotional well-being, offering guidance on personal development.
- Assist students in making **informed career choices** and navigating academic challenges.
- Work closely with faculty, parents, and school/college administration to support students' progress.
- Develop and implement **counselling programs**, workshops, and interactive sessions on stress management, confidence building, and career planning.
- Handle cases related to **student anxiety, peer pressure, learning difficulties, and mental well-being**.
- Maintain **confidential records** of counselling sessions and prepare reports as needed.
- Provide timely interventions and referrals to mental health professionals if necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest counselling techniques and educational trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹52,600.00 - ₹60,578.00 per month
