**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Design and develop digital marketing training programs, ensuring they align with industry best practices and the latest trends.

**Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and emerging technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Develop and implement assessments to evaluate participants' understanding of digital marketing concepts. Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs.

**Individualized Support**:Provide one-on-one guidance and support to participants, addressing their specific questions and challenges related to digital marketing strategies.

**Certification Guidance**:Assist participants in obtaining relevant digital marketing certifications and credentials by providing guidance and resources for exam preparation.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams to understand the organization's unique marketing goals and tailor training programs accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars.

Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the digital marketing landscape.

Previous experience in mentoring or coaching individuals in a professional setting is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹9,383.72 - ₹37,590.65 per month

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
