We are hiring a **female physiotherapist** with **1 to 2 years of experience** who is passionate about movement science, pain relief, and educating clients. The role involves providing physiotherapy support to gym members for pain management, posture correction, and injury prevention, while also assisting in designing exercise routines that are safe and effective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess physical conditions, postural issues, or injuries in female clients.
- Provide hands-on treatment, exercise-based therapy, and pain management support.
- Guide clients through stretching, strengthening, and mobility routines.
- Collaborate with fitness trainers for injury-safe workouts and rehabilitation plans.
- Educate clients on body mechanics, core activation, breathing, posture, and pain triggers.
- Explain physiotherapy concepts and treatment plans in a simple, reassuring manner.
- Track client progress, maintain treatment records, and adjust plans as needed.
- Conduct awareness sessions/workshops on women-specific concerns (e.g., back pain, joint health, posture during workouts).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in clinical or fitness settings.
- Registered with a recognized physiotherapy council.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and exercise therapy.
- Comfortable interacting and working with female clients of all age groups.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Prior experience in a gyM/Fitness center setting is a plus (freshers welcome to apply).
