Job Description
Collaborating with the executive team to assess and recommend technologies in support of company needs. Design and development experience in modern platforms using REST/API integration, Cloud Native Solutions, DevOps, Containers, Micro services.Ability to research and understand new technology solutions and present essential comparisons, pros/cons, and target use cases.
Roles & Responsibilities
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Creating technology standards and practices and ensuring adherence.
Leading the strategy for technology platforms Overseeing research and development as well as special projects.
Technically supervising software development and testing.
Anticipating and reacting to major technology changes.
Developing technology contingency plans to keep projects on track.
Collaborating with the executive team to assess and recommend technologies in support of company needs.
High Availability Certification in Architectural Courses Assess the business impact of certain technical choices.
Lead the development and execution of the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
Oversee the technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, innovation, and alignment with industry trends.
Manage and mentor cross-functional technical teams, including software development, infrastructure, and security.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the technology department.
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring technology initiatives support business objectives.
Present technology strategies, challenges, and opportunities to the C-suite and board of directors.
Build and manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and external partners.
Evaluate and oversee third-party solutions, ensuring they align with organizational needs and future growth.

**Skills**:Experience with performing code reviews and recommending automated review tools.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Ability to create a high level work breakdown for a large component into clear,phased deliverables.
And then accurately estimate and track the work, within an agile framework, to the definition of done.
Design and development experience in modern platforms using REST/API integration, Cloud Native Solutions, Containers, Micro services.
Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
Ability to research and understand new technology solutions and present essential comparisons, pros/cons, and target use cases.
Resolve technical problems as they arise and provide guidance to development teams.
Inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
Assess the business impact of certain technical choices.
Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
Closely work with the CTO on developing the Technological edge of the organization.
Creating overall technology standards and practices and ensuring adherence Leading the strategy for technology platforms.
