**Overview**:
As a Career Counselor at [ Nwkings IT Service], you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting individuals in their career aspirations within the IT industry. You'll be responsible for providing personalized counseling, mentorship, and resources to help students and professionals navigate their career paths effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephonic career counseling sessions with students and professionals interested in IT careers.
- Assess individuals' skills, interests, and career goals to provide tailored guidance and recommendations.
- Offer insights into various IT career paths, certifications, and skill development opportunities.
- Assist in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies to provide relevant advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop career-focused resources, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and track individuals' progress towards their career goals.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure individuals' success in achieving their career objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in career counseling, preferably in the IT or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, certifications, and job market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or telephonic environment.
- Certification in career counseling or related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
