Dr Trust 360 connects Dr Trust smart health monitoring devices to our smart app for users to achieve their health and fitness goals. **Responsibilities** - Preparing incoming components inspection plan. - Identifying Process that affects quality - Preparing quality documents & maintaining records. - Making SOPs, Work Instruction in consultation with concerned department - Communicating to vendors for supplying defective components on a regular basis. - Training to the production team for maintaining & improvement of product quality. - Find out the root cause for any abnormal assembly in process. - Control the process tools, fixtures & zigs. - Maintaining QMS, CE and Regulatory requirements documents. - Taking feedback from marketing teams regarding customer satisfaction. - Discard rejection materials. - Take care of repaired devices. - Ensuring effective implementation of QMS entire plant. - Handling IQA & External Audits. - Ensuring all IMTE should be calibrated. - Maintaining identification and traceability (BMR) of the device. - Release the device from production to FG area. - Ensure receipt of supplier test / PDI/Inspection report along with incoming RM. - Ensure fulfillment of cGMP compliance. - Hold the suspected components, devices. - Release the RM & FG goods. - Deployment Quality man power whenever required. **Requirements and skills** - Well versed with regulatory and filing of CE and USFDA documentation and audits - Experience in quality Assurance/Product quality - Capability to work in a team **Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Master's (preferred) **Experience**: - filing of CE and USFDA documentation and audits: 4 years (required) - Quality assurance: 5 years (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9316511550
