We are pleased to share the detailed job descriptions for the roles we are currently looking to fill. These positions are designed to support our ongoing operations in production, grinding, packing, quality control, and documentation.

**We want QUALITY ASSISTANCE EXECUTIVE who can support our production and packing teams.**

Here’s how we can structure it:
Intern General Duties (with QC Assistance)

1. Excel / Google Sheets Systems Development

2. Data Gathering & Analysis

3. Video Creation & Training Content

4. YouTube Management

5. Quality Control (QC) Assistance

6. Support QC team in routine checks for raw materials, in-process goods, and

finished products.

7. Record QC observations in designated checklists (Excel/Google Sheets).

8. Assist in sample collection and labeling.

9. Monitor and record parameters like weight, moisture, packaging integrity,

labeling accuracy, etc.

10. Help in maintaining traceability records (batch number, date, operator).

11. Report any deviations or abnormalities immediately to the QC Manager.

12. Assist in documenting corrective actions and updating QC logs.

13. Support in preparation of training material/videos for QC procedures.

14. Preparing Documentation of BRC.

**We want SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT GD to cover dashboard creation in Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).**

1. Excel / Google Sheets Systems Development & Dashboards

Create and manage data tracking systems in Excel/Google Sheets.

2. Automate repetitive processes using formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and scripts (Google Apps Script if required).

3. Develop templates for reporting, inventory management, or sales/production tracking.

4. Maintain accuracy and ensure data is regularly updated.

5. Document the systems so team members can use them easily.

6. Create interactive dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) by connecting Google Sheets or Excel data.

7. Design dashboards for management to track KPIs (production, sales, QC results, order fulfillment, etc.) in real time.

8. Ensure dashboards are visually clear, updated automatically, and shared with relevant stakeholders.

**We want as part of the responsibilities, we have also included Training Video Recording & Documentation Executive where interns/staff will**:

- Record existing staff at work to capture practical processes.
- Edit and structure the recordings into clear training modules.
- Add titles, subtitles, and branding where needed.
- Upload approved videos to our YouTube channel or internal drive for easy access.
- Maintain organized playlists for Production, QC, Packing, and other SOPs.
