Qualification:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Electrical.

Required Experience:

- Proven experience as Maintenance Manager.
- 4 to 5 years of Experience in planning Maintenance Operations, Sports complex/club desired.

**Job Description**:

- To supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and support of Eklavya building, Swimming pool, sports grounds, and courts under the purview of Somaiya Sports Academy.
- Oversees staff installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, including mechanical, natural grass, artificial grass, electrical, IT, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
- Tracking work orders and ensuring work follows established service and quality standards for completion.
- Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects.

Key Skills
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of Civil, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. Working knowledge of Swimming Pool machines and equipment.
