Retail Sales Associate

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused **Retail Sales Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their purchases, provide product knowledge, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process payments and returns.
- Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and restocked as needed.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a positive and timely manner.
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and receiving shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Pay: ₹8,994.92 - ₹31,594.73 per month
