Tool Room Supervisor

We are seeking for a tool room supervisor to join in Village Barhana, Sampla Haryana

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient tool maintenance and production.
- Manage a team of tool room technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- Schedule and prioritize tool maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct inspections of tools and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, gauges, and cutting materials.
- Oversee the requisition and purchasing of new tools and supplies.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols within the tool room.
- Address any tool room related concerns raised by production personnel.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the tool room.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Graduation
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience as tool room supervisor.
- Proven experience working in a tool room environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling principles, and mechanical repair.
- Experience with inventory management and control systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sampla, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tool Room Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
