We are hiring a **Payment Posting Executive** with experience in **Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)** to join our growing team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately post payments from insurance, patients, and third-party payers into the billing system.
- Reconcile payments with **EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)** and **ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice)**.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, denials, and adjustments efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate entries to support clean financial records.
- Collaborate with AR and billing teams for smooth revenue reporting.
- Stay compliant with **HIPAA** and other healthcare regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1+ year of experience in **RCM Payment Posting**.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare billing systems, EOBs, and ERAs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
