We are hiring a Civil Engineer with site supervision experience to oversee construction of foundation structures for machine installations at various project locations. The role requires hands-on site management, quality control, safety monitoring, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat & other states (as per project requirements)

**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 (in hand)
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Supervise all foundation construction activities including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, and finishing.
- Ensure work is executed in line with approved structural drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect and verify material quality (cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, and concrete mix).
- Monitor leveling, alignment, and dimensions of foundations to meet machinery installation requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of site activities.
- Report site status, challenges, and solutions to management.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (civil/structural works).
- Knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, and machine foundation construction.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Willingness to travel to various sites as per project requirements.
