**Description**: **Web Research Executive**

**Qualification**: BCA

**Job Location**: Surat, Gujarat. India

**Position Purpose**

We are looking for Research Executives having skills and experience to ensure that our company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. He/she should efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. The aim of the executive is to maximize customer satisfaction.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Conduct internet research, fact-checking, and web-based marketing.
- Collect data through online research.
- Present results to clients effectively.
- Enter and organize data accurately in various systems.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Verify and compare source documentation for accuracy.
- Manage E-commerce operations, including product and picture uploading.
- Perform data mining and analysis.
- Meet deadlines and quality standards through organized task completion.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- **BCA** or **B.Sc (Computers) **graduate with 0-1 years of experience, or a fresher
- Advanced Excel certified
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Customer service-oriented and deadline-driven
- Independent and team player
- Organized with effective time management
- Skilled in comprehension, research, and analysis
- Eager to learn daily and adaptable
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and online tools like Google and Wikipedia
- Flexible for shift work

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
