**WORK FROM OFFICE (CHANDIGARH)**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Accountings Specialist. As the primary point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate information regarding the shipments, orders, and any inquiries they may have.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional and empathetic manner, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Collaborate closely with our operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Maintain detailed records of Orders and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the operations department.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and confident speaking voice.**:

- Ability to adapt communication style to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, including proficiency in different English accents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to assist and support clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in US customer service, client relations, or a related field is **advantageous but not required.**:
